Everything, starting with the staff, was perfect.

The rooms were very nice and clean. We had plenty of space and it was very comfortable and modern. The host was great and very helpful. The location was very nice as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. It's family owned and the sons who work the front desk are the absolute kindest. Would highly recommend. No water boiler or tea/coffee in room.

We had a wonderful stay at El Greco. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom with an excellent shower. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants. El Greco has an excellent restaurant, Eat Greek, with a new bar with a lovely terrace. Above all, I cannot say enough about the incredible owners and staff. They were so accommodating to us and our two small dogs. We highly recommend and will absolutely return.

This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful location near the center of town

Absolutely outstanding service from the host and his wife. They were lovely and helpful at every turn. Great restaurant recs and they let us park our car while we hiked for a few days. They were so friendly and happy to have a chat. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The location is really great. Close to the buses. Close to many great restaurants. In the morning there is a bakery across the street where you can grab something quick. Small convenience store right by the entrance. I also thought the bed was really comfortable.

this was a hidden gem in the city the property is beautiful the stained glass is breathtaking we got a chance to stay in a small cottage they don't put these on expedia but if you get a chance they are wonderful the food was great the pool looks amazing we had a great time

Great location, clean lovely hotel!

There’s some construction happening on the ground floor that worried us at first; however, once we located reception and checked into our rooms we found them to be clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff was very helpful and they let us park our van and store our luggage at the hotel while we are away on the Theth-Valbone 3-day trek.
