"The facilities are excellent and very clean with many activities within the premises, which are relaxing. However, it’s the staff attitude that needs improvement. I sensed that they value their foreign guests over their Nigerian guests. I expected a more professional and equal approach towards guests… Anyway, I truly enjoyed my stay and I will most likely return with my family. I will definitely recommend."

"Overall, a good hotel, particularly as it relates to security, meals, and the supportive and hardworking staff. However, the hotel needs a general upgrading - rugs, ceilings, and the lift - one was not working, and the second lift could not take you from the ground floor to the 1st and the 3rd floors - so, you used the stairs for these floors."
