Le restaurant situé dans l’hôtel mais géré par un organisme indépendant , présentait des déjeuners vraiment minables. Rien n’était bon."
"Le service et le lit étaient biens, mais entre les travaux extérieurs et les ados qui crient dans le couloir, je n'ai pas pu bien dormir. La douche est devenue chaude uniquement à la fin de ma douche (environ dix minutes avant l'eau chaude), j'ai eu des frissons tout le long de la douche avant ça. L'espace entre le mur extérieur et le muret/barrière sur le balcon était suffisant pour qu'un enfant passe et tombe (j'étais au 11e étage). Déjà que le stationnement intérieur est difficile, pour sortir, avec les rénovations en cours au 2A, il faut faire un U-turn serré en avançant-reculant jusqu'à être vis-à-vis la sortie. Il y a trois ascenseurs pour douze étages alors il ne faut jamais être pressé (je répète que j'étais au 11e), surtout que personne ne prend les marches même pour un ou deux étages.
La télé permet Netflix et de caster son téléphone et l'air climatisé fonctionne. En tant que telle, à part le danger de la rambarde du balcon et le manque d'insonorisation, la chambre était bien."
"The staff of this hotel is exceptional. I was treated with respect and caring. There was a slight issue with finding my room as I do not read or speak French, the young lady at the front desk not only explained where I went wrong but because of my mobility issues escorted me to my room. Upon arriving in my room the temperature was very high and we figured out together how to adjust it. Later she actually called the room to make sure it was suitable.
The rooms were very large compared to anywhere else we have stayed. Also very clean. The constant availability of coffee and tea was a pleasure and the breakfast selection was enjoyable.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
