The retreat is stunning! Highly recommend. Beautiful rooms with incredible views of the surrounding hills, olive groves, and the valley. The staff is wonderful and the facility is immaculate. It’s a bit of a climb up the hill on a gravel road, but it’s easily navigable, and definitely worth visiting…you won’t regret it!

Good breakfast and the owner was very helpful. Our tour's pickup time was at 8 AM and he served our breakfast at 7 AM instead of 8:30AM the usual time.
We communicate through Whatsapp and he responded quickly. The room is big, nice and clean just as the picture showed in Expedia. He has a pizza place in front of the St John Church. We ate dinner on his rooftop restaurant with a beautiful scenery.
The owner and his family were very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Even though we were here during the off season they made sure we had what we needed.
That is a real gem of Selcuk. Very conveniently located close to Ephesus and all other attractions.

The Terrace House was really a unique place to stay -- steps from the hub bub of the village but high enough above to create a relaxing retreat in an historic, older and restored cottage. The traditional Turkish breakfast was fantastic and only equaled by the stunning view. Wonderful host and hostess.

This was by far the best stay we had over 2 weeks in Turkey and one of the best house rentals we've had. The house was beautifully designed and spacious for our family of 4; the air conditioning worked very well despite afternoon temps in the high 90s; and the location was perfect for visiting Ephesus. The manager also kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from Sirince so we could do some evening wine tasting there. It was a terrific place to stay.
