"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."

"We’ve had great experience at Staybridge hotels and we are adding this one to the list. Fresh baked cookies and friendly staff when you walk in. Complimentary drinks from mon-wed for guests. The room was nice with the kitchen and comfy bed. We had the river view which was nice cause you could see the university of Rochester too. Good breakfast. Deff will stay again :) "

"A great hotel to stay at when you’re near Rochester, New York. The town of Victor has a nice mall, restaurants, and shops about a mile away from this location. Very clean and quiet hotel. We will come back if we’re in the area again."
