The only negative was that there wasn't air conditioning, however, it seems to be hard to come by, but there were fans in the room. "

Don’t forget to check with the hostess on any requests - she was able to arrange a day excursion for us on short notice. Overall, would definitely recommend. "

I would advise that there is no signage on the front door so make sure you go up and knock to be let in. Ease of access in and out once settled and very safe with great restaurants and bars nearby! "The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of condesa with so many restaurants, coffee shops, and Walmart express within a 5 min walk. We walked to the Parque Espana and Parque Mexico daily in the morning. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, each of the 3 rooms had their own bathroom. The view from the balcony was great too. It’s nice to have an elevator take you straight to your room"
