"We had a great stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its very centrally located and right across from ASU downtown campus. The valet parking is expensive but is very easy to get your car when you need it. Its very convenient and easier than trying to find your own parking. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in town visiting our daughter at ASU."

"This place is a very great place to stay if you’re attending a baseball or basketball game. It’s a walking distance to both places. Rooms were very clean and comfortable staff are great. Valet was great also."

"Beds sheets had stains when we arrived. The staff was great and changed them right away. 3 out of the 5 towels had stains on them. Yellow, red, brown stains. We asked for 5 new ones every day of our 4 days stay. And each day several of the towels had similar stains. The staff was great at getting us new ones. Homeless people in the area were everywhere."
