"This is a great property. Great service. Beds were comfy, room quiet and clean, great amenities like Bevi water machines. close to everything in Fisherman’s Wharf/Pier 39/Ghiradelli. Easy to catch Muni and cable cars up the street. Great valet and security at night. Overnight valet is pricey but comparable to most hotels on the city. Will stay here again."

"This was the cutest hotel! It was right on Fishermans Wharf and only one block to Ghiradelli Square and walkable to Pier 39. The staff was so nice and helpful and the rooms were adorable! The hotel restaurant was the Blue Mermaid which was in the same building but next door. The food was excellent and the atmosphere had good vibes. I will definitely be staying there again! We loved it!"

"Hotel is old and should be renovated. The location is great. You can pick this hotel judging by the location. It is a little less than a 3 star hotel, but you can live with it. The room was clean. But generally hotel should be mechanically and decoratively renewed."
