"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel.
