"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Casual yet tastefully elegant, Albergo Capovolto was our favorite stay in Sardinia. The hosts were warm and very welcoming , the food was delicious and the albergo beautifully decorated. The location had lovely rural vistas in every direction , a wonderful pool and a garden that called for photos. "The grounds were simply breathtaking. Its own private beaches with outstanding views.
