"It was a wonderful stay, with glorious views of the ocean waves beating on the rocks. Added surprise was finding out it is next-door to an Elks club. One of the nicest we’ve ever been to. It has a banquet hall, full bar and kitchen which serves lunch and dinners . Fresh haddock was wonderful! We will be back again."

Beautiful carriage house with full kitchen and enough room for my husband and I to have our own spaces when needed. Classy decor and hvac worked efficiently on unexpected 100 degree days. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"
