"The staff were kind and helpful. I was checking mattresses for bed bugs (there were none) as I always do before I go to sleep. It was midnight. Unfortunately under the mattress on top of the box spring there were multiple dead roaches. I went to the office and told them. The kind man came and swept out and wiped it down. He also brought some Raid and sprayed in the corners of the room. He kept apologizing. I appreciate him coming immediately to clean it so I could go to sleep."
