"A great property with lovely facilities and modern, clean styling, Wonderful location with the Abbey over the road and a pretty little town full of boutiques and shops a short walk away. Everything you'd need for a homestay style getaway with a well stocked (for utentsils) kitchenette in the room. Only small issue is the front main door needing to be slammed to close properly when people were leaving to go out."

Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "Great staff, great food, and comfortable bed in a convenient location, only thing I would say is breakfast was a bit lacking, only a small tray of pastries and they were gone within seconds then it's a 20-30 min wait for more, also cooked breakfast seemed to take ages to come out."
