"We have enjoyed our stay, this is the second time we stated here. Room was clean, bed very comfortable (The Cottage Room). Breakfast was really tasty. I do agree with some other reviews of the Inn- and this is no reflection on the Inn keeper- she was wonderful as was her dog Sadie- what a cutie! She is a lovable Doodle / large dog, and as gentle as they come. The grounds do need attention and clean up some of the stuff laying around...and overall freshen up to make a better first impression....

"The property was beautiful and relaxing, with the private lake, manicured grounds and surrounded by majestic horses. The hosts were very welcoming. We even had an impromptu game of Cash Cab at breakfast since everyone says My Husband looks like the Cash Cab Host. It was a fun and personalized way to end our visit there! "

"This place was so unique, it made you feel like you were in a real castle. The food was great, staff were very helpful and very friendly. If there was any way to improve on the Kentucky castle I would have to say they could have the staff wear uniforms like you would imagine in a real castle. 😁. Well done as is though"
