After being on the road for a couple of days it felt great to be able to take a nice hot shower and rest and a comfortable bed with an air-conditioning unit that worked. staff was nice a good location literally within walking distance to either gas station or somewhere to eat. "It is not a bad motel, it is older and should be renovated. Two levels we got a room by the stairs and did not hear anyone or the traffic traveling up and down the road. Check in is 3pm but the manager let us pick up room keys early (which worked out well)."

Elkotel’s staffers were kind, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Only drawbacks: Breakfast was quite simple (and nothing gluten-free or vegan), and there’s no dedicated pet area (but there’s a great dog park near the freeway)."
