"The hotel has a beautiful view to lake Titicaca with Llamas roaming around and many relaxing sitting areas. The triple room we stayed was very specious and clean, with good mattress and bedding. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great. A big shout out to the quiet and kind waiter Benedicto who found out it was my daughter's birthday and brought a cake with candles and brought the staff to sing happy birthday and totally surprised us!"

"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. "The hotel itself was great, but we had a hiccup with the management as they insisted that we pay for the room after we showed them the receipt that we already paid with Expedia. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location."
