"Great location to all things to see and do. If needing to go anywhere else it was a short taxi ride which was quick to arrive once called. Great city vibe and people were very friendly and also quick to help if needed."

"Excellent location if you want to be near the riverfront. Boutique stylish but doesn’t have a comfortable feel about it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat in the hotel so unable to comment. Would I return to this hotel probably not but good value for money."

"I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and chose it because it had a gym and swimming pool. We made aware when we checked in that the gym was closed for maintenance. There was nothing about this on the website when I booked. It was supposed to open during our stay, but it didn’t. Very disappointing. The rooms were quite big but surprised that we had to pay 4euros for a bottle of water! There was a lot of choice at breakfast but the cooked items under lights were cold. You could have freshly cooked eggs which was quite nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say it was 5 star - 4 star at the most."

"The hotel has a great location but there are things they could improve that would make the experience better. The mattress was hard and the pillows soft, I could feel the springs. The room is clean but on the smaller side. There is no complimentary milk or water in the room. And charging $1 storage fee per suitcase makes no sense. "

"An airport hotel that delivers exactly what you would expect. It was very clean, convenient, and located very close to the metro station. Only downside is the shuttle to the airport did seem to be expensive and unreliable. We took the metro instead."

"A unique concept and in a great location. The room is minimalist, the bed comfortable and has exactly what is needed. The bathroom is modern and very clean. Great water pressure! I didn't miss a TV, closet, dresser, blah blah blah for only 2 nights. The lounge and eating areas are beautiful and comfortable if one wants to sit in a chair with a table. Great value and cool, boutique vibe. I'll be making the ZeroBox hotel group my first choice for stays in Portugal."
