"Beautiful surrounding grounds, lovely, quiet inn. Steve was wonderfully welcoming and informative. We enjoyed a quiet cozy evening, and it is so close to the Pemaquid Lighthouse which is open for a tour with a museum below. "

" Location was very quaint and picturesque. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinners at the restaurant. The food was delicious and staff was very accommodating. The only complaint was the shower water temperature took too long to become warm. We would definitely return to Smugglers again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and spacious and had a balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is free parking.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday, but there were other places to eat within easy walking distance. The breakfast sandwich from just across the street was delicious and we enjoyed it while taking in the view from the balcony. We would love to stay here again, our only regret is that we could only stay one night."
