"チェックインの時から、スタッフの方々の対応がとても丁寧で気持ちよく過ごせました。急きょチェックイン前にリモートで仕事をする必要があったのですが、ラウンジにコンセントの使えるスペースを用意してくださり、とても助かりました。さらに、部屋の準備ができるとわざわざ声をかけに来てくださるなど、細かなところまで気遣いを感じました。お部屋も清潔で心地よく、とても快適です。チェックアウトの日もリモート会議があったため相談したところ、有料ではありますが延長にも柔軟に対応していただけました。そして、宿泊の楽しみのひとつが朝食ビュッフェ。どれも美味しいのですが、特にスタッフの方がその場で作ってくれるフレンチトーストが絶品です😋 設備の快適さはもちろんですが、スタッフの皆さんの丁寧で温かい対応がとても印象に残るホテルでした。また利用したいと思います。"

Do not forget your swimsuit, otherwise you will deeply regret to miss indoor swimming pool & spa experience. Delicious Buffet dinner on top of that, they provide free alcohol as well ! Top floor Onsen hit springs were so relaxing ,and the moment of sunset was breathtaking. and they provide so many variety of hair care goods, shampoo and conditioner, therefore I ended up wash my hair several times !"
