It was spotlessly clean, the staff were so kind and helpful, always plenty of coffee and tea plus numerous other goodies and the on site laundry facilities were cheap and efficient. We also loved the location - close to all the fun in Shinjuku but also far enough away to be a bit more peaceful. Plenty of great bars, clubs and restaurants close by. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"Great location! Great breakfast with the choice of both western breakfast with a wonderful view or Japanese breakfast! The room is small, but that is to be expected in Japan. It had everything we needed, including a bath tub and several amenities."
