"Check in was fine. Arrived on Wednesday, stayed through Sunday. Television was horrible, constantly froze in place. Reported it and was told it does freeze. We watch television shows so that was awful. Room was not cleaned on Friday. Removed bed sheets from sleeper sofa because we found an item in the sheets, I had my granddaughter with me, so wanted the sheets changed,. They made up the king, not the sleeper. Shower was never cleaned. The hair from shampooing Wednesday night was still there...

"The hotel stay was fairly O.K. until I checked my account and they had charged me twice for the room which came to over $1000 in charges that they had charged my bank card. I was in town for a conference and my employer had sent the payment in the form of a check ahead of time as they requested.
