"I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, it offers itself to be a comfortable hotel for affordable prices. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. However the general maintenance of the room was poor, (cracks and dents in the wall). Also there was an issue with the plumbing, either an air bubble or too much pressure as the taps would groan and open every 10 minutes or so between 9pm and 11pm."

"A great place to stay if you are flying from Stansted. Beds are comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are very good quality and not overpriced."

"Generally clean. We stayed at room 21 for a night. The only reason we did not rate it as excellent is that we found a peanut and a toothpaste packaging foil beside the extra bed. Ideal location for a stay to catch an early flight as it is only 10 minutes drive to the airport. "

"For the price couldn't complain about the room. Bed was comfy and we booked it at short notice due to bus replacement services running. Handy if travelling on Elizabeth Line due to it's location. We knew we were staying above a pub but they provided ear plugs which was a nice touch. "
