"super nice room, comfy bed and clean. super helpful and nice staff, i had to leave my bags at the hotel both before and after check in/out and the staff was super understanding and helpful. great service and nice hotel, great location too! super close to paddington which was a plus when taking the elizabeth line to heathrow. a bunch of shops/supermarkets and other train stations close by, nice and quiet neighbourhood. i really recommend!"
