"Very large room though not the most expensive, plenty of room for stuff both in wardrobe and bathroom. All clean and well kept. Food excellent and plenty of choice, very pleasant young staff. Beautifully kept gardens and plenty of parking. The only downside is motorway noise but if you want road convenience it goes with the territory. We enjoyed our three nights and would be happy to visit again, it's a lovely area."

"The staff at the hotel and its restaurants was amazing. Very proactive and helpful, but discrete. The hotel room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The turn-down service every evening was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend if you need some r&r and want a location close to the Cotswold for day trips."

"The room was very well decorated and the bed linen was excellent. Plenty of pillows, warm duvet etc. In winter an extra heater and, as recently in a heatwave, an efficient tower fan. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good food at dinner."
