"Had an issue with the keylock box being empty but it was soon fixed as the cleaner was still there and the let me in and gave me a key. Great communication, all check in instructions were sent via WhatsApp. I was asked for a large damage deposit when checking in which I wasn’t aware of at time of booking but that was wavered as I had nowhere else to stay! There’s obviously no lift so be aware there’s a fair amount of stairs to the rooms especially if you’re on floor 2. Quite noisy with a pub/bar...

The swimming pool and breakfast were very nice, and soon accommodated my dietary restrictions. Thank you ! Was particularly amazed by the hotel manager, who really did everything he could to help make our stay comfortable. "
