"A true five-star hotel. This is a beautifully designed property staffed with kind and helpful professionals. We loved the Mansion suite - elegant furnishings and wallpaper, with a constantly refreshed "maxi-bar" full of treats. The Portrait Bar - open only to guests during the day - is a welcome respite while waiting for your room or taking a break from all the walking in the city. Especially high praise goes to the concierge, who was able to secure a reservation at one of NYC's notoriously...

"Very comfortable large room in a great location in Midtown. We were right by Herald Square and the subway station. easy wal to Penn Station as well. Nice amenities water/coffee in lounge. I would recommend and stay again"

"Our New Year trip was fantastic, the hotel location in midtown was perfect for seeing the sights. Easy walking distance from Bryant park area , Times Square and a bit further Central Park . The subway was also close by for exploring more of Manhattan . "

"Great stay here for an event at Madison Square Garden. Walkable to Times Square, with a substation right by and Penn Station. The hotel was lovely on arrival with friendly staff and very clean rooms, cleaned daily with water and fizzy chillers each day for drinks. Beds was extra comfortable with bright modern rooms. Would defo recommend. We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Very happy customers 😀"

"Loved the view from our 25th floor room. Location is very convenient with a subway stop end of the block. The room itself was comfortable but a bit small but not surprised for an Aloft in NYC. Wesley was great. We’d stay again. "
