"We are a family of 7 travelling from Canada that stayed in 3 rooms. We were very impressed with the resort, kind genuine staff and quality of food and beverage included with the all-inclusive. We stay at 5 star all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico and would recommend this resort for those looking for a different experience. The snorkeling off the beach with the variety of coral and fish is hard to find and very much appreciated with the hotel’s location."

"I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room. Outstanding things: 1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature. "

Kommen sehr gerne wieder - alles wunderbar entspannend, auch wenn es einen desaströsen Zwischenfall für mich und meinen Mann am vorletzten Abend an der Rock Bar gab. Das Management hat aber direkt reagiert, was wir sehr schätzen. Wir kommen wieder im Februar und empfehlen das Resort sehr gerne weiter."
