" The hotel is located in small community and very quiet. Very nice rooms. We stayed there to tour The Eagles Nest and it was very close. We arrived a little late and they were great about it and hung around until we arrived. We weren’t real late but they showed great customer service. The breakfast bar was really good as well. "We were greeted at check in with a glass of prosecco each before going to the room. The room was a family room which provided a very spacious bedroom and seperate living room with a sofa bed. The spa facilities were absolutely beautiful and being located so close to the car park for us was ideal. Pet friendly and the area of Bad Reichenhall is absolutely stunning. We would stay in this hotel again tomorrow if we could. Loved it."
