"Basic hotel, not the usual Hyatt experience. When we checked in, no one was at desk & finally noticed a lady sitting to the side of lobby watching tv. She came over to get us checked in & while I was talking, she actually got the tv remote out & turned the volume up. Just very unprofessional. Breakfast was ok, not the usual standard for Hyatt."

"It was a quick overnight stay, for we had an early doctors appointment in the near by Hospital. It was a very clean room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. There were GF selections, which I was very happy with."
