"We had an issue with a smoky room and then when moved there was a leak and stopper missing in sink. All were attentive it was just an inconvenient to change rooms to a lesser convenience. Breakfast was fantastic! Location was outstanding."

"When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of sewer, like there hadn’t been anyone in several weeks. After a few hours of running water intermittently and opening the window we could get the smell out. There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. Hanging them on the (turned off) towel dryer in the bathroom made the clothes not dry at all in 2 days as the bathroom was always very, very humid. Other than that, the apartment was clean, everything...
