Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful in organising a driver for us to take us to the National Park. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay on Cat Ba Island"

"Awesome hotel, staff goes above and beyond. Only the breakfast buffet is a bit lacking, coffee options are somewhat limited and the whole breakfast offering is not really up to par with the rest of the hotel experience, but this is obviously a very subjective measure."
