"Clean rooms - we got an upgrade! Fast service whenever we had a request. The staff is unparalleled! Originally, we had only booked 1 night so save on costs during our visit to Hà Nội. However, we switched over immediately due to a horrendous experience at another hotel. The staff graciously accommodated our last minute change to extend our stay to 4 nights, including finding 4 nights in a great room for our 2 kids at the sister hotel, Solaria Tesori. Check in was a breeze. Staff, like Grace at the front desk when above and beyond our expectations. She was caring, welcoming, helpful and even found and booked an amazing jazz show for us on short notice. She took the time to check in on us when we were not at breakfast the next morning along with sending coffee and pastries to our room since we missed breakfast! We will definitely stay at Solaria again next time we are back. Thank you to all staff and team. "

"We loved our stay at Royal Palace has soon as you walk through the hotel you are welcomed by the staff and how throughly the hospitality is.The location is great you are walking distance to the lake and old stone church even a great smoothie and juice place is across the road. "Wonderful hotel, I was really looked after whilst staying there. They went above and beyond to look after me. Front door always opened for me, fresh red carnation in room everyday, room cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, loved the chicken soup. I had the room on the 2nd floor, very quiet. Bed, sheets, pillows everything was great for a relaxing nights rest. I stayed here for 5 nights and will stay again if in Hanoi. Location is outstanding - watching distance to all attractions and great restaurants walking distance way. "

"The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing. We needed to change hotels because the Splendid Premium was full on our last night. Our new hotel was close but walking with our suitcases wasn’t an option. Lily and her colleagues arranged to take us by motorbike to the new hotel and then they delivered our suitcases- above and beyond level of service! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi!"
