"Beautiful hotel in rural setting. Owner Miguel reserved our Acoura 516 bridge tickets as our international charge card was not accepted. The continental buffet breakfast was delicious and freshly served. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening which Miguel started each evening. If we return to the area to hike we will definitely stay here again. It was impressively clean and staff (his family :) friendly. "

The reception staff were superb and recommended a lovely local hike along the river/through villages. They also recommended a great gorge walk along passageways a bit further away which was beautiful. The food at Raiva was excellent and it was a beautiful room. A Terra food was more basic/standard. "This sweet little hotel is perched on the edge of town and walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. It is a no-frills budget option with a wonderful breakfast included in the low price of the room. Service was exceptional all around!"
