"When you visit Khao Sok or Cheow Lan Lake, the thing to do is stay in one of these raft houses. You’ll take a long tail boat from the dam area to the raft house, which depending on the time of year, you may get rained on. Praiwan Raft house is great because it’s a more authentic experience and is more tucked away in the park, right near where many of the wildlife tours are, so there are animals right next to you. "A beautiful mountain lodge with unbelievable views of the Khaosok jungle. This place is really a perfect retreat for exploring the area and escaping the heat in a pool that overlooks the mountains especially at sunset. Staff are so friendly and the food is delicious "
