"The Crowne Plaza is an excellent place to stay when transiting through Changi airport. The convenient access, helpful staff and nice size rooms after a long flight are a welcome relief. The room amenities minimizes unpacking personnel items, the beds are comfortable and on-site restaurant is an easy choice with plenty of tasty options. We will be staying at the Crowne Plaza anytime we transition through Singapore."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and air-conditioned with a most welcome fridge and kettle/tea/coffee. Breakfast buffet was excellent and served until 10am. There was an outdoor pool, but we didn't use it. Only a few minutes walk to the underground station at City Hall. Paid for a late check-out (6pm), which was perfect for a late flight home."
