"All is perfect staffs amazing specially Amal at housekeeping. The only disappointment is the food .
The food as the fusion restaurant I taste all the same a lack of taste and far to much in the plate and not hot when serving.
The pool restaurant could do with more salad and light bits . And why not hat the beach restaurant open in the evening with barbecue food for example .
The hotel is amazing the staffs are superb it’s just the food who let it down .
Please please do something about it…."

"The wifi was not reliable unfortunately. I don’t know why but I thought the pool would be heated or warm. The location of the hotel wasn’t the best because not too many good food options. Other areas in Hammamet had more options around. I can tell this hotel wasn’t probably great in its time but it’s very dated. I also despise when hotels claim they offer “free toiletries” when it was just an all-in-one hair, face and hand wash (that’s literally what it said). And I wish it was more age diverse. I’m in my 30s and a solo traveler and was hoping to meet other people my age or around my age. It was only older couples around 60-80yrs old. I don’t mind older people, but if it had a mix, it would’ve been better. They definitely need to update and remodel though."
"Amazing stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Zainab and the reception staff. Room, beach, pools were all great. Couldn’t recommend enough!"

Our room was great and we got an upgrade.
However it all felt very tired. The food was definitely below what we would expect and a bit of a bun fight in the restaurant.
It served its purpose for the 4 night stay but I doubt we will be returning."
"I booked a triple room, they gave us a cramped messy family room. I pushed back and they got annoyed. Finally they gave us a double room. I want a partial refund. The sheets were dirty and had to get them to change it. The furniture was old and mostly everything on the wall was crooked. Not with the money at all. Location was the only good thing. "
