"We had a two-night business stay at this hotel and were pleased with our experience. The location is excellent—about an eight-minute walk from Hamburg Central Station and around ten minutes from the popular shopping and dining streets, with plenty of cafés nearby. Binnenalster Lake is also only about a five-minute walk away.
The rooms have a modern design and were quiet, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bedsheets and towels were clean and soft, and we appreciated the clean hard flooring instead of carpet. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick.
There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, but other than that, everything was comfortable and convenient. We did not have a chance to try its restaurants or bars during our short stay, but they had a lovely ambience. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay."
"Everything was nice and clean. The towels were great, and so was the bed. It is close to the train station. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was excellent too."
