"Marlies and her husband served us a special and beautiful breakfast buffet. The peace and quiet of their hotel and surrounding felt amazing! We needed a last moment stay and chose Hotel Lucia. We arrived late and there was a nice vending machine available where you could choose dryed sausages and even a variety of beer an wine!! We were pleased with our room and especially with the thoughtful service from the owners."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Wonderful hotel that we use as a last one-night stay before driving the last way to the skiing areas. It would be great if the fantastic breakfast was served from 6am in the weekend so that we can enjoy this AND get into the skiing area when it opens (1h drive)."

"A beautiful apartment in a brand new building. The garage is safe. The pictures reflect the atmosphere of the property: clean, nice design, completely equipped kitchen. There is a supermarket on the other side of the street. The host is very helpful, precise and polite."
