"Banheiro estava com a pia suja com restos de sabonete espalhado nela."
"All perfect"
"Very clean room, staff was helpful. Free breakfast was nice! The only issue I ever ran into was our mini-fridge began leaking overnight but staff was able to fix it within the hour when we reported it!"
"Atende bem. Custo beneficio bacana."
"Great property, close to where we needed to be. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and nice."
"The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with large windows that filled the space with fresh air and a lovely, breezy atmosphere. The hotel itself has a charming, classic feel—you truly feel like you’ve stepped into an old movie. The food was excellent; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and well-prepared. Everything throughout the property was very clean, and the staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay."
"The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting."
