"Great hotel. Awesome staff, bar, pool, sauna and overall environment. Elevator seemed a bit shaky as we got stuck in it multiple times and had to press the floor button a couple of times to get it to let us out. The only real complaint was that the pillows were really too soft (I know right) but it was like there was nothing to support my head while sleeping so they were way to soft with no support. Woke up feeling like I had whiplash because of the lack of support. Minor complaint I suppose....

"Great location and lovely hotel. I just loved to be here. Hotel is comfortable with style and people are here so nice. I mean - this place is like hidden gem. I ate twice at restaurant here and it was just so delicious and service was so nice and I had good time while chatting with waitress... I would definatelly return here if I come back to this city. "

"Very nice location, easy access to tram/rail. Sadly not much around in west of restaurants but the hotel restaurant more than made up for this. Single room was comfortable but a bit warm. I had the windows open but it was noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to return. "
