Restaurant buffet food good quality and lots of choice our only qualm would be the lack of availability in the speciality restaurants unless you plan ahead - we didn't eat at a speciality restaurant. "First rate food and staff. Super clean. Beautiful surroundings. All staff are eager to please and respond well to any issues. Kept mini fridge well stocked daily and nice touches like wine and cakes left in room. If I were to be picky the beach and pool areas were too crowded meaning it was sometimes a struggle to find beds and umbrellas. On the whole though this is an excellent all-inclusive in a super luxurious hotel."

"The entertainment at night was very good, and the whole place is huge but we were very lucky being near the beach as we prefer the beach to the pool, the pools however we are great, lots to choose from, we also had the VIP package which allowed us to stay in our room on the last day when our flight was due, which was fab!"

"The pool area, beds and cabanas are fantastic and very comfortable. The view is great. The food in the bar was always good and the waiter was excellent. However the room is dated, bed was uncomfortable and no toiletries were provided, not even soap. The walk to the restaurant/ bar area is by a steep hill which is difficult in the heat. "

The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but there’s also a shuttle if you prefer. There’s a great beach bar with fresh and tasty drinks, and I have to mention the girl and the guy working there…amazing service, fast and professional. "Very clean and tidy hotel with lovely staff, very helpful. Pool area very clean although unfortunately you have people at 7am laying out towels to reserve beds! Breakfast was lovely and on the first night we had a great meal in the Italian restaurant. Areas for improvement, the beach area was not tended and rubbish was left on the beds, to be fair the hotel did send staff down when pointed out to tidy the area, but 2 days later it had not been cleaned again.
