As we signed in at the reception, we were told that the hotel was under a 'soft opening', that meant some of the services weren't working a 100% and that me might find a couple issues, which we hadn't been previously informed of when we made the reservation.
It was a nice place altogether though, with a nicely decorated apartment (albeit with a relatively outdated and...
