However, there is one big problem in hotel for me, it is pillows. These are the ugliest pillows I have seen in my life, and hotel need to change them and give normal ones - especially some tough pillows too. otherwise, it is ok"

We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "
