"The property has degraded over the years while the prices have increased. The swimming pool was out of service - again - and the outdoor hot tub was filthy. The TVs in the bedrooms didn't work, which happened the last time too. I requested a crib prior to arrival and they said they would put it in the room, but when we got there it wasn't. I called the front desk and they asked if it could wait until the next day! When the crib was delivered the young guy delivered it assembled to the door and just said: "Here" and left. I struggled to get it in, up the stair and in the room by myself. "

"It was okay overall, the room, staff, and parking area were good. However, we weren’t able to sleep well because around 2:30–3:00 AM, we heard shouting in the hallway on the second floor and doors kept banging. We honestly thought there was an emergency happening. Hopefully management can check on situations like this, as it made guests feel unsafe and uncomfortable during the night."
