"Check-in was a nightmare. We waited with about thirty other guests for hours past our four o'clock check-in time. They did give us a $21 voucher to the restaurant in the hotel to make up for the delay. But $21 doesn't cover much there.
Once we get our room, everything was great. They have us a late check out, the room was beautiful, the shower was amazing.
The food in the hotels restaurant was good, but expensive. The drinks were blah. But the view they have from the restaurants deck is the best in old San Juan.
The rooftop pool is a great oasis with incredible views of the city.
We've stayed here before and will definitely stay there again when in the area."
