"Most of the staff we encountered especially at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. Some of the hotel and room was very nice but other parts very dated. The shower leaked water and there was flashing light on the smoke detector that woke me up several times.

"I had an ocean view, but I was actually overlooking a roof on the property. Beware of all the hidden costs-resort fees are over $100/day. I wanted to check in an hour early it was $150 fee. If you buy anything from the bistro or the lower level store it will be three times the expense. The area is not the best, I spent alot of money ubering to the condado area, much nicer over there and the hotels have casinos and better amenities. All in all puert rico and the people are amazing."
