"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lovely options to have cooked to order. The staff at breakfast were excellent. Our room was out of shower gel and it took two requests to get it sorted. On one occasion we went to Reception and had to wait for someone to come to the desk, when they did, they answered the phone call instead of dealing with us who had been waiting and were in person. The jacuzzi and sauna were nice, having to book it was a bit frustrating, but I don't know how busy it gets. The hotel is very well located and the room was very comfortable."
"The new thermostat system did not work in my room and it took quite a while before I was switched to another room. Nobody there understood the new system. Just wanted to sleep since I had to awake at 3 am for plane. Why else would one stay on outskirts of town?"
"Fantastic staff! Very friendly and accommodating. They surprised me with a birthday cake and a small bottle of prosecco for my birthday which was so lovely! Gym could use an update but otherwise, fantastic hotel!"
