"Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Food staff service and amenities were perfect . Only complaint total lack of a business center, not even a laptop to use in case of emergency. For 5 stars hotel ( Riu chain ) this needs to be improved. "

The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short.
They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs!
Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one was SILENT. "
