Hotel staff was fantastic! Professional! The restaurant staff weee great specially From Mezzanine lounge Jericson. He was veey helpfull managing and organizing our large party dinner. Kudos to Jericson!!!
Gave us a surprise mango cheesecake with heart shaped towels as decor for our 24th wedding anniversary and a surprise happy new year cupcake. Housekeeping the best! All the staff very friendly and helpful. Attention to details indeed. Thank you for making our stay like home. Oh yes, the basketball by the lobby - my husband loved it 🤗
The hospitality of those who worked in there, starting from checking in until I left. That's Filipino hospitaly "par exellence" for me! And the facilities, the room, is second to none!
My family had an amazing stay for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and well organized. The staff are very accommodating and approachable during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel (City Gardens Suite Hotel Manila). We'll surely come back in here. Keep it up!
This is a really good hotel for the money with only one major drawback. It is very hard to find and quite far from all the major places - when you take into consideration Manila traffic. It certainly deserves another star. However, there are some small issues, the menu for example is rather limited and the breakfast buffet was meager and did not allow for halal or kosha food (big on pork sausages and bacon though). I was a little taken aback when the front desk manager when I signed in quite...
I picked this hotel because of its location being inside Intramuros and within walking distance to historical places. My husband and I, my sister and brother-in-law were all pleasantly surprised and so impressed about everything at Bayleaf. All the staff including the students were professional, friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. There was a good variety of food at every meal and they were delicious! I definitely would come back.
The room was excellent. Lot's of space and well equipped. The hot water was plentiful and the Internet was fast and reliable. The pool was very private and one of the best pools I have ever seen - it has tile along the bottom and sides.
The location is good being a few minutes walk to the Robinson's mall.
The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending a few days or more in Manila.
Great stay! Loved every moment of it. Staff friendly. Great jazz music in the hallways. Great food. Complimentary parking.
Had everything we needed and awesome staff/security guards. Complimentary filtered water.
Will stay here again!
AS I said above, WONDERFUL hotel, & for a newly opened hotel, there are some services not yet open...regardless, the hotel is so open in ambiance...fresh & clean in appearance & VERY quiet rooms for sleeping! Mmmmmmmm! & one more thing..the bathroom spaces & lighting controls are definitely...2017, no matter this is 2016! I'll be back, & stay much longer!
This property was in the middle of Chinatown, right next to Binondo Church. Staff are amazing, from security guard, bellboys, front desk, to waiter. Each and everyone are happy to help. I will definitely come back here again.
Our check in was great, security was informed of our late arrival. The room has all the basic amenities, clean and spacious with an excellent view of the Manila bay. We appreciate the big gallon of clean potable water ready to be consumed.
