Loved the staff, especially the morning staff. Katherine Castillo was amazing and very helpful! Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

The Hotel is a nice Hotel with good staff. It in a good area of town and felt safe walking around the area. I spent most of my time touring the sites of Ireland while I was there or else I would have taken advantage of more of their services. It looks like they have a good restaurant and other amenities.

A really nice hotel within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The adjacent pub, Darkey Kelly’s has great beer and Irish dishes as well as live traditional Irish music.

Close to everything in temple Bar area.

The Wellington is a fully upgraded and modern hotel in the heart of Temple Bar area. Our stay was wonderful - could walk everywhere and the rooms are VERY quiet don't hear any outside noise at all. I would recommend if you don't want to hear the music in the bar to ask for a higher floor in the hotel. We were right above the music and truthfully it wasn't bad but you could still hear the music. So if a light sleeper get a higher floor. Breakfast was good too and full service restaurant. ...

Excellent stay for my first time in Dublin. Room was upgraded, I received check in at 10am after a long flight and they boxed up a wonderful breakfast for me for the next morning so I can catch a very early ferry to Wales. Such a friendly and helpful stay!!

Friendly staff. Close to many restaurants, bars & shops. Darkey Kelley which has the most amazing Guinness Stew in my opinion, was right next door. They had attentive staff, tasty food and live music. Beds were comfortable and because of the location we had a very quiet nights sleep. Definitely would book again.

Other than the drunk call of an Irishman at 3 am, stay was great! But serious props to the drunk- he had some excellent vocalisation skills

Having never been to Dublin before, we carefully considered where to stay. We couldn’t have made a better choice than the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin. Location, location, location! The Gresham sits on bustling O'Connell Street, just a hundred yards from the Spire of Dublin and the lively shopping area of Henry Street. This hotel has been one of my favorites by far since I started traveling a year ago. Not only was the staff friendly, and helpful they always greeted me with a smile. They had at least one doorman at all times, two concierge, and two front desk staff at all times. All of which were able to help me with any needs that I had. Breakfast was included with my room, and it was a small selection, but the option of having eggs, sausage, and other hot foods made to order was quite enjoyable. The room was...

The hotel was extremely accommodating. We arrived from a 5 am flight from the states. Check in was not until 3 pm, but they had roms available so they checked us in right away. Every room is a little different and unique. It is a bit of a walk into town but definitely doable. I would highly recommend.

Friendly guest services! Pool is fun (just make sure to check hours becwsue they have family swim and adult swim) Also, you need a swimcap! Delicious room service from Mapas. The baggage handler Sean was super helpful!
