The room was gorgeous and very historic. Website said the property has an elevator, which isn’t true for some parts. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to help haul my luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. It was a bit precarious bringing it all down to check out. The breakfast was absolutely lovely.
I really like NH hotels . The staff was very friendly and helpful during this covid situation. The room was perfect, great space, large sofa, chairs , desk , large mirrors, nice wallpaper, beautiful balcony space with views, this lobby was nice & clean . Great location , you can walk to shops, markets, and the pier ,mall, and the port etc.. great for families or Business trips etc... I really don't have any cons because my stay was great and when I return to Marseille i will be checking in to NH...
As an interior designer, I really appreciated the attention to detail and overall feel of the Blue room. We loved the bathroom most of all, as well as the beautiful windows that let in so much light. Only negative is that the floor in the shower can get extremely slippery, definitely be careful.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were a big help in storing our luggage before checking in as well as for a few hours after we checked out. The “family room” we stayed in was fairly tight in term of square footage, but well put together and had an unexpected and charming outside patio.
The hotel lobby (on the other side of the street from the rooms) was also very welcoming and had a great deal of character. It is a perfect place to spend some time and get an espresso before...
We stumbled upon this hotel at the last minute and we couldn't be happier. It's PERFECT. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had breakfast in the gardens...exactly how you'd expect a French countryside hotel to be. It felt like we were in our own home. We LOVED this hotel and would definitely go to Aix en Provence just to stay there again.
First of all, the location is just great. Right around the corner from the Musee Granet, only about 4 short blocks over from the Cours Mirabeau and oldest part of the city, less than 10 minutes (on foot) to the Fontaine de la Rotonde, and not far from the Hotel de Caumont museum. The street is very quiet, and has no cars - except taxis that can lower the access control posts. Just a block from the Rue d'Italie, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the smooth check-in to the spotless and comfortable room, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.
Great location! Just perfect walking distance to the town. There is a pool area, and a bar area with restaurant. Parking is on site, which is nice. Great help with the reception staff! This is an affordable, great location for this great town!
On the best street you could imagine...and within steps of all the wonderful shops and alleyways to be found in Aix en Provence. The room was quite clean and comfortable. The elevator is a bit primitive and tiny, but overall a good value considering the excellence of the location.
