"The property is a fraud and the service atrocious as follows: The rooms: they are sold as deluxe with a balcony. No room (including executive room, which I upgraded to at great cost) had a balcony. A most dishonest bunch of characters. Cockroaches: the fridge was dirty. It was infested with cockroaches. The coffee machine in the room had dirt and dead cockroaches in the water cannister. "I loved the location, the property is secluded but not far from shopping and restaurants and the airport. The facility is clean, the have security men that run 24/7 shift. The managers were always checking in to see how my stay was going. Jeff the manager very helpful and promptly replied when I needed anything. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended the duration of my stay. I recommend the facility to anyone looking for a safe comfortable place to stay in Accra. "
